Valinhos Apartments
Your own apartment in a co-living project
Early 2024 we have finished to build 4 confortable apartements in Valhinos land. They are located in the same building close to the common area (temple, kitchen and kids room).
We are looking for individuals and families who share our permaculture Vision and Values, who want to put roots down and who are interested in becoming an active part of developing the Aniche Project.
Our goal is to co-live with independent people, who live in their private dwellings but also share work, responsibilities, communal spaces and activities.
The apartements are fully self-contained with kitchen, bathroom, terasse, big galleries for storage and bedroom. There is also the possibility to rent the yoga room or the party place to gather events.
At the moment two apartements are occupied by two families. We would love to find 2 more individuals or families that want to live together and explore the long term partnership.
We also have wonderful pitches available on the land.
